New release 2.5.0 of SHARE waves 1 and 2

SHARE release 2.5.0 provides new imputations for Israel, newly computed cross-sectional and longitudinal weights, a correction of children’s ISCED mapping in CH wave 1, a new naming convention for double-looped variables (ep module in wave 2), a correction of variable finsep (cv_r module in wave 1), and some minor corrections (e.g. in value labels).
