Joint SHARE Germany and SHARE Netherlands User Workshop on the Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE)

Get connected with other SHARE data users and get deep insights into SHARE data!
We invite students and researchers from Germany and the Netherlands interested in networking with other SHARE data users and learning how to get more out of the SHARE data to our workshop.
Objective: This workshop brings you up to date on the current research and experiences based on SHARE data, extends your network and provides practical advices for analyzing SHARE data.
The workshop will include three types of presentations:
- Keynote speeches: Dr. Pilar Garcia Gomez and Dr. Valeria Bordone
- Scientific presentations: Presentations on your scientific results based on SHARE data. We invite researchers to submit short ongoing research on all topics. Submissions by early career scientists are particularly welcome. Deadline for abstract submission: March 8th, 2019.
- Practical sessions: Presentations on the use of SHARE data, such as the content and structure of the newest data releases and possibilities for linkage with register data.
Registration: Registration for participation in the workshop is mandatory. Please fill out the registration form and send it to Sabine Friedel (email@example.com). Note that submission of an abstract is not a prerequisite for participation in the workshop. Deadline for registration: March 22nd, 2019.
All applicants will be notified about their acceptance by the end of March, 2019, latest. A detailed program will be made available as soon as possible.
